A. Blankos Block Party is built, first and foremost, to be a mass market game. With this, players can be verified as owners of a piece of a game. To the extent that Copyrightable Elements associated with your Purchased Blankos Asset are based on, incorporate or contain any Third Party IP (e.g., licensed intellectual property from a content licensor, media company, celebrity, athlete, or other public figure), you understand and agree as follows: (x) that you will not have the right to use such Third Party IP in any way except as incorporated in the Copyrightable Elements, and subject to the license and other restrictions associated with such Purchased Blankos Asset and related Smart Contract as made known to you at your time of purchase (e.g., a Third Party IP licensor may prohibit or impose other restrictions on your blending, customization or resale of such Blankos character); (y) that, depending on the nature of the license granted from the owner of the Third Party IP, Mythical may need to pass through additional restrictions on your ability to use the Copyrightable Elements; and (z) to the extent that Mythical informs you of such additional restrictions in writing (email is permissible), you will be responsible for complying with all such restrictions from the date that you receive the notice, and that failure to do so will be deemed a breach of this license. Before you use the Game, however, you will need to agree to these Blankos Block Party Game Terms of Use (these “Blankos Terms” or “Terms”), including the terms and conditions of the Mythical General Terms of Use mythical.games/generaltermsofuse (“Mythical General Terms”), which are incorporated herein by this reference. The following capitalized terms will have the following meanings: “Copyrightable Elements” means any art, designs, drawings, color schemes, attributes, characteristics, traits and other visual or audio elements embodied or incorporated or associated with a Blankos Asset. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Mythical retains the right in its sole discretion (including, without limitation, to prevent fraud, to comply with applicable laws or regulations in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Game, or if required by a Third Party IP licensor, service or platform provider), via its Smart Contracts or otherwise, to place daily, monthly or other frequency of value or volume transactional limits or holding periods on the sale, transfer, and purchase of Blankos Assets, cancel or reverse sales transactions, suspend the sale of Blankos Assets by certain Game Account holders, or impose other conditions, restrictions or prohibitions on the purchase, transfer, or sale of Blankos Assets (including, without limitation, prohibit or restrict your sale of a Blankos Asset if applicable laws or regulations would preclude such sale), and Mythical will have no liability to you or to any third party as a result of having taken any such actions. NEVERTHELESS YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT COMPANY DOES NOT IN MOST CASES HAVE THE ABILITY TO REVERSE OR CANCEL A TRANSACTION AND IS NOT REQUIRED OR OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE A REFUND OF ANY PURCHASE FOR ANY REASON, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED AMOUNTS IN A GAME ACCOUNT (INCLUDING ANY UNUSED BLANKOS REWARDS) WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, WHETHER SUCH CLOSURE WAS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY.
