HR Director

Workplace | Warsaw

Candidates should have the following characteristics, competence and skills:

  • Several years of experience in a similar position (preferably retail company)
  • Experience in the following areas: employee and personnel administration, recruitment, integration, evaluation, training and development, labor law and health and safety
  • Experience in maintaining relationships with external partners, team management, supporting operational managers
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, the ability to create the right interpersonal relationships within the company
  • Organizational skills and the ability to create and manage a budget
  • Higher education, welcome postgraduate studies in HR field
  • Excellent command of English


  • Responsibility for creating, developing and implementing personnel policies of the company, including the development and implementation of new standards
  • Responsibility for the establishment of appropriate recruitment policy in the company, planning of recruitment needs, supervision and coordination of recruitment processes with the use of selected tools and methods
  • Creation and implementation of incentive programs, the training system, the development strategy of employees, employee evaluation system, system satisfaction survey
  • Activating and introducing all HR policies that develop employees and increase their level of competence
  • Developing remuneration schemes and additional benefits to optimize the costs incurred by employees and by the company
  • Contributing to information policy on personnel matters: internal PR and marketing personnel
  • Budget planning and supervision of its implementation
  • Cooperation with external companies with the HR industry and labor market institutions
  • Construction of organizational culture
